Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These terms apply when you create an account or register for an event on Athlo Club (operated by Athloclub Ltd).

Event participation

Registering for an event is a contract with the event organiser to take part under that event's rules. You confirm that the details you submit are accurate and that you will follow organiser and official instructions on the day.

Our platform

Athlo Club provides software for clubs to run events (registration, ticketing, live scoring). We are not the event organiser unless we say so. Health, safety, and competition rules for a specific event are the organiser's responsibility.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account from your profile settings.

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
